Create an Experience People Want to Return To.
Elegant identity, booking-ready websites, and marketing for salons, spas, and beauty professionals. Everything starts with your chairs and your calendar: who your regulars are, what fills the slow days, and what a first-time client notices.
01 What Keeps a Chair Full
- First Impression Is Everything
- Beauty clients judge quality by aesthetics. If your brand looks DIY, they assume your services are too.
- Booking Friction
- If clients can't book online in 30 seconds, they'll go to the salon that makes it easy. Your website needs scheduling that just works.
- Instagram Is Your Portfolio
- Your social media IS your portfolio. Every post needs to showcase your work beautifully and consistently.

03 How we work with you
Salons live on rebooking, retail, and a feed that looks like the work. We learn your service menu, your stylists, and how clients book, then design an identity, a scheduling-friendly site, and post templates your team can actually keep up with every week.
04 What we’ve learned
Salons are chosen on Instagram and kept in the chair, and the brand has to survive both distances: strong enough to read in a thumbnail, considered enough to hold up at the front desk. Mode De Vie Hair Studio in Eastchester came to us for that whole surface. The economics underneath are retention economics, so the rebooking card, the gift certificate, and the reminder text matter as much as the logo they carry.
One team designs the identity and produces the salon: interior and window signage, menus and price cards, gift certificates, and a booking-first website that matches the feed.

05 Common questions
- What do you want to know first?
- Mostly by tracing the path a new client takes: a friend's referral, a saved Instagram post, a price question in the DMs. Then we look at the menu, the rebooking rate, and the retail shelf, and design around the services you want more of.
- Can You Integrate Online Booking?
- Yes. We integrate with Booksy, Vagaro, Square Appointments, and other salon booking platforms so clients book without friction.
- Do we get one point of contact?
- You get the same senior person throughout. They know your stylists by name by the end of it, sign off on the color palette and the gift certificate stock, and stay reachable after the site goes live.
- Can you match the brand to the salon's interior?
- Yes, in both directions. The identity should feel like the room, and the printed and signage layer we produce makes the room feel finished.
- What drives rebooking besides good work?
- Ritualized follow-through: a rebooking ask at checkout, a card that makes it tangible, and reminders in the brand's voice. We build the set so the front desk can run it.
