This policy covers idesignny.com. Websites we build for clients have their own policies.

Forms. When you ask for a quote, an audit, the playbook, or a call back, you give us what the form asks for: usually your name, email, and phone, plus details about your business or project. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-handling service, along with the page you sent it from.

The iPilot chat. Before chatting, you give us your name and email, and optionally your phone and what you are interested in. Your messages pass through our server at Cloudflare and are sent to OpenAI to generate the replies. We email ourselves your details and the conversation so a person on our team can follow up, and if you ask, we email a copy to you. The chat is an AI assistant, so please do not share anything sensitive in it.

The SEO Analyzer. The website address you enter is sent to our analysis service, which checks that site and builds your report.

Booking a call. The Book a Call panel opens Calendly, which collects the details you enter to schedule the meeting. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy.

Our ads. If you fill out a form inside one of our Google ads, Google passes what you entered to us so we can respond.

Analytics and advertising. We use Google Analytics to see how people use the site, Google Ads to measure whether a visit from one of our ads led to a form, a phone call, or a chat, and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These services set cookies or similar identifiers and receive information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, your approximate location, and the fact that you submitted a form or tapped a phone number. Google and Meta may use it to help us show our ads to people who have visited the site.

Your browser, briefly. The site uses your browser’s session storage to remember which page a form was sent from and whether you closed the chat invitation. Session storage clears when you close the tab.

Delivery and security. Like any website, our host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser, and pages requested. Images are delivered by Cloudinary and fonts by Google Fonts, which receive your IP address to send those files. The chat uses your IP address to limit abuse, and that record expires within about an hour.

To answer your request, prepare quotes and proposals, run the chat, follow up about what you asked for, measure which pages and ads are working, improve the site, and keep it secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Only the service providers named above, who handle it to deliver their part of the site: Web3Forms, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Google, Meta, Calendly, Cloudinary, and our web host. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Email [email protected] and a person will handle it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and control ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. The site works without cookies.

We keep inquiries, quotes, and chat transcripts as long as we need them to work with you and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us and we will delete what we can. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the settings of the services that collect it.

This site is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

The site runs over HTTPS, and we limit who on our team can see what you send. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
