03 How we work with you
Admissions runs on a calendar, and the brand has to serve every point on it: open house, inquiry, campus visit, application, financial aid, revisit day. We work with heads of school, admissions directors, and advancement teams so the website, viewbook, and campaign say the same thing in the same voice.
04 What we’ve learned
Families choose private schools in a long funnel that runs from a search result to a campus visit, and the brand has to hold at every stage: the website that frames the first impression, the viewbook in the admissions packet, the signage on tour day, the follow-up that arrives after. Enrollment-driven schools tend to over-invest in the website and under-invest in the physical experience, but the campus visit is where the decision actually happens, and it is a designed experience whether anyone designed it or not.
We work both sides from one team: identity, admissions website, viewbooks and enrollment materials, campus and event signage, and the mailings that keep applicant families warm. One brand from first search to signed enrollment.
05 Common questions
- Who do you talk to on campus?
- Admissions first, then the people who make the school what it is: leadership, teachers, coaches, current parents, and recent graduates. We want to hear how families describe the place in their own words, and where the current materials go quiet on the questions that decide enrollment.
- Do You Work With Private Schools?
- Yes. We brand and build sites for private, independent, and parochial schools across Westchester and NYC.
- Who oversees the project itself?
- A senior partner, from first meeting to press check. The same person guiding strategy reviews the viewbook proofs, sits in on the site walkthrough, and is available next admissions season when the messaging needs a refresh.
- Do you produce admissions materials and campus signage as well?
- Yes. Viewbooks, folders, event signage, banners, and mailings, designed and produced by the team that built the website, so tour day matches the site that booked it.
- Can you help enrollment without changing our identity?
- Often, yes. Many schools need their existing identity applied consistently and an admissions funnel that actually follows up, more than they need a new crest.
