Build a Brand People Want to Join.
Bold identity, member-focused websites, and marketing for gyms, studios, and personal trainers. We get to know your training philosophy, the members who stick around, and what a first-timer needs to see before booking a trial.
01 Why members join and stay
- Franchise Fatigue
- Big box gyms have brand recognition but lack personality. Independent studios and trainers win on community and identity.
- Member Acquisition Cost
- Paid ads are expensive. Your brand and website should convert organic traffic into trial memberships and sign-ups.
- Retention Through Identity
- Members who feel connected to your brand stay longer. Merchandise, community, and consistent visual identity build loyalty.
02 What we do
- Gym/Studio BrandingEnergetic identity that reflects your training philosophy and community.
- Website & BookingClass schedules, membership info, trainer bios, and online booking integration.
- Apparel & MerchT-shirts, tanks, hoodies, water bottles, and gym bags that members want to wear.
- Interior BrandingWall murals, motivational signage, wayfinding, and facility graphics.
- Social MediaWorkout templates, transformation graphics, and content systems for daily posting.
- Launch MarketingGrand opening campaigns, referral programs, and membership drive strategy.
03 How we work with you
A studio is not a big box gym, and the brand should say so. We look at your class mix, your intro offer, how trials convert to memberships, and what members actually want printed on a hoodie. The identity then runs from the wall graphics to the booking page.
04 What we’ve learned
Gyms and studios sell January's promise and live on July's retention, so the brand has to work at both temperatures: bold enough to recruit, warm enough to belong to. The visible system carries it, with storefront and interior signage, class materials, merchandise members actually wear, and a site where joining takes minutes. Community is the product; the brand is how the community recognizes itself.

05 Common questions
- Do you spend time in the studio?
- Ideally during a busy hour. We want to see who walks through the door, how the front desk handles a drop-in, what the coaches say on the floor, and why people cancel. Those answers shape the identity, the merch, the signage, and how the site sells a first class.
- Do You Design Gym Merchandise?
- Yes. We design apparel, accessories, and merchandise that members actually want to buy and wear. We handle design and can coordinate production.
- Who runs the project on your end?
- One senior person, all the way through. They sat in your studio, so they are the one signing off on the mural layout, the apparel proofs, and the launch campaign, and they stay reachable after the doors open.
- What drives membership besides the offer?
- Identity people want to wear. A strong mark on real merchandise turns members into media, and interior signage that photographs well does the same on every check-in post.
- Do you produce signage and merch?
- Yes, in-house: storefront and interior graphics, class and schedule materials, and apparel-ready art, one identity across all of it.
